Swimming Achievement Unlocked

I was finally able to do 20 lengths - a full kilometre yesterday!

That's the distance I'm going to stick to for the next two weeks while I try to improve my speed and form.

Then, I'll see if I can make 25 lengths.

People tell me I'm getting less fat. I'm not seeing it yet. But I have noticed my pecs seem to be bigger so my beer belly may seem smaller in perspective.

If nothing else it's super fun and must be doing something for my health.
