Boston College Controversy

You know I'm a former journalist and believe in protecting sources as much a possible. That said, Boston College had many, many people confessing to mass murder. I think that's a situation where the shield law is a bad idea.

Also, who the fuck is confident enough in academic confidentiality that they feel like it's a good idea to confess to murder and torture just because people say "trust us, we won't talk about this shit until you are dead?"
