So, a bunch of cops take a drunk Canadian woman from an ex-pat bar in Paris, bring her to the police station and gang rape her.

The prosecution then decides to only charge the cops that penetrated her but are not charging the other cops who stood around and watched her get gang raped because they are "witnesses."

Because, you know, they guy watching the gang rape shouldn't have done anything at all and couldn't possibly have been getting off on it.
