Operation Avenge Assange

Well who knows if Assange really has a poison pill he can release now that he's been arrested.

What we do know is that /b/ has taken up his cause - and let's be honest, if I was a government or a business I'd be a shitload more scared of 4Chan than of anything Assange has up his sleeve.

"While we don’t have much of an affiliation with WikiLeaks, we fight for the same reasons. We want transparency and we counter censorship. The attempts to silence WikiLeaks are long strides closer to a world where we can not say what we think and are unable to express our opinions and ideas.

We can not let this happen. This is why our intention is to find out who is responsible for this failed attempt at censorship. This is why we intend to utilize our resources to raise awareness, attack those against and support those who are helping lead our world to freedom and democracy."

They've already hit Pay Pal.

And it looks like the Post Finance Bank and Twitter are going to be the next targets.

This is gonna be a wild ride.

Go Portia de Rossi

Portia de Rossi turned down an offer from Dancing With The Stars.

In a form of stunt programming they wanted to pair her up with a woman to have the first same sex couple on the show.

Good for you Portia for not letting them exploit you because of your sexuality.

Because here's the thing - the very same companies that love to profit of homosexuality - be it through shows like The L Word or Will & Grace or by selling many extra copies of a magazine when Ricky Martin comes out as gay are part of the same corporations that donate money to GOP candidates.

So, yeah, the gays - corporations are happy to use them to make money, but don't think they should have access to basic human rights like marriage.

Rock on Portia. Don't ever let people line their pockets just because you like to eat pussy.
