Writer's Block: It wasn't me.

Did you ever do anything in your youth that you lived to regret? Do you think you ultimately learned from it or do you wish you could go back in time and do it over?

I'm not sure anyone could have learned from or anticipated the Carpaccio Caper. All I know is that some made it out alive and some didn't. But without that I wouldn't have been prepared for the Strudel Incident.

The problem for me with working with my partner is that I spent my first professional life in newsrooms where snapping at people and being bitchy about stuff is normal. So, it's sorta ingrained in me to sometimes be like "Fuck off! Just do it!"

That works fine in that environment, but comes off wrong when you are dealing with your partner because it can be hard for them to separate the way you treat them while working with how you really feel about them.

This is something I need to work on.
